Tajikistan is located Central Asia, west of China. The climate is midlatitude continental, hot summers, mild winters; semiarid to polar in Pamir Mountains. The terrain is Pamir and Alay Mountains dominate landscape; western Fergana Valley in north, Kofarnihon and Vakhsh Valleys in southwest.
